  • Ended unpaid reservations: a booking is confirmed only after Stripe's signed webhook reports the payment as settled.
  • Built an authenticated admin dashboard over Prisma and PostgreSQL that ended the owner's daily dependency on a developer; paid bookings trigger Resend emails and Google Calendar events.
  • Protect releases with Jest, jest-axe and CI before each Vercel deploy, and own production support.

  • Closed a hole that let any caller read or write any account: built a Vercel Edge gateway with Firebase ID token verification against Google JWKS, a route allowlist and dual-window rate limiting.
  • Revived a CI pipeline that had failed for months (129 lint errors, 5 test failures) and enabled Row Level Security on 12 exposed tables.
